 Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after submitted. Not including weekends or/and holidays. We ship Priority Mail. This is NOT an expedited or express service. (SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED BY USPS DUE TO COVID-19, this is completely out of control. However, you may contact USPS at 1800-275-8777 for more information.
BUBUS DULCES is not responsible for packages that are sent to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If USPS can not pick up your address there will be a delay in your order being processed.

At Bubus Dulces, we strive to provide the best service and products to our customers. However, please be advised that we do not offer refunds or credits for orders returned due to customer errors. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for initiating the return shipping process and covering any associated shipping costs. Email us @infobubusdulces.com in order to initate the process.

If your order is shipped and the tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777) directly to track down your package. BUBUS DULCES does not hold responsibility for packages that are marked delivered.

We have NO control over what happens to your package once it is received and processed by USPS. We DO NOT replace or refund orders that are marked "DELIVERED" by USPS or any other courier.******
